The next PUMA Bo Staff Seminar and Grading will be held on Saturday 26th June 2021, 1.30pm to 4.30pm at Chipping Sodbury Sports Centre, Bristol. The seminar/grading is open to all adult/junior licenced P.U.M.A. members (Not including LPs). The seminar has been designed for any student to attend and gain new skills from beginner to advanced levels.
Details of this years PUMA Summer Camp have just been sent out to instructors.
We're very excited that we'll be able to hold a full camp once again this year and have a few extra things to celebrate now that we are starting to return to normality.
Due to the ongoing travel restrictions demand for UK vacations is very high and so there are only limited places available. In order to guarantee your spot you will need to confirm that you wish to attend (with numbers) to your instructor BY THE END OF THIS WEEK. Speak to your instructors for more details and we hope to see as many of you as possible there!

There's something for everyone with PUMA. We offer a range of courses, seminars, camps, tournaments and much more!
Development courses for registered PUMA Students and Instructors such as Red and Black Belt Training, Instructor and Assistant Instructor Qualification, PUMA Referee and Umpire Qualifications and PUMA Safeguarding and First Aid Qualifications.
PUMA Day is special day in September every year exclusively for PUMA students. It is a free day of seminars given by the PUMA Masters and Senior Grades.There are also games and refreshments to make sure all the family have a great day! With such a mix of free martial arts seminars why wouldn’t you want to attend!
Our squad training sessions run regularly throughout the year and are overseen by a dedicated and experienced coaching team.
PUMA runs a range of seminars, including PUMA Masters, technical seminars, Jang Bong and ground defence. As well as guests from outside of PUMA.
PUMA Summer Camp is a weekend and week long training camp for students and their families hosted in Croyde Bay, Devon. There is a mix of training to match all abilities and fitness levels – you don't need to be fit or a black belt to attend, but coming on a camp will definitely help you get there!
PUMA run several competitions throughout the calendar year – these are open to all ages and grades and in most cases, they open to other martial arts groups that are friends of PUMA too. The one thing that stands out at them all is the friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
PUMA Winter Camp is a weekend training camp for students aged 12 and over and their families. it’s a great opportunity to fit in a weekend of training from PUMA Instructors towards the end of the year! Winter Camp offers something for everyone and you don't need to be fit or a black belt to attend, but coming on a camp will definitely help you get there!
