P.U.M.A. Squad training sessions are aimed at anyone who wishes to try and improve their fitness, sparring and technical Taekwon-Do. The sessions are open to any P.U.M.A. Taekwon-Do, Tang Soo-Do or Kickboxing students (sorry, but no Little P.U.M.A.s). There is no set minimum age or grade requirement to attend the sessions but anyone thinking of attending for the first time will need some patterns and sparring knowledge as the sessions are aimed at improving knowledge/skills rather than teaching from scratch.
The first hour focuses on Taekwon-Do patterns and fundamental techniques. The second two hours cover fitness, sparring drills and free sparring. Full traditional dobok/training suit is required for the first hour; for the second two hours you can wear t-shirts, please also bring full sparring gear, your belt and a smartie pad if you have one.
COST: £10 for the three hours (£7 for Tang Soo Do and kickboxing students doing just the fitness sparring elements). A family discount is available, £16 for two family members, and an additional £5 for each subsequent family member.

While the venue is still to be confirmed, the sessions will be held in the Bristol area. The venue will be published as soon as possible. Timings are typically 10am – 1pm.
